Returns
Customer satisfaction is our first priority, however, we are unable to accept returns on charts. We will, on occasion, allow returns of other materials. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to discuss your options.
Shipping
Due to the rising costs of shipping, it has become necessary for us to charge a minimal shipping fee. Beginning 1/01/06, there will be a $2.00 shipping charge per order. This means that shipping for US orders is $2.00. For Canadian and International orders, shipping is $2.00 plus actual postage minus the cost of shipping in the US. If you need a shipping quote before we send your order, please email or indicate this in the Special Instructions during Check Out.
Insurance
Without insurance, once a package enters the postal system, we cannot guarantee its arrival to you. With stricter postal regulations and inspections, more packages, especially international packages, are being lost or delayed in transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you insure your package.
Insurance for domestic packages is calculated in the shopping cart.
Insurance for international packages is based on weight and destination. If you would like to insure your package, please email us for quotes and options.
Site Security
Our checkout page is a secure page. Your browser should show a "sign of security" when you are asked to submit credit card information, such as a locked padlock (IE), a key (Netscape), or other indication of site encryption.

Sales Tax
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in Nevada.
